Soo much has happened since our last update that it seems like too much to even try, but I'll give it my best shot...
Our beloved art director and good friend, Chris Thatcher passed away tragically last Thursday. He was only 31 years old and much too talented and young to go so soon. He left a legacy of amazing art that will last for ever. We miss you vato and will see you on the other side one day...
We are working on a new shape for vert dog Justin Lynch. The new shape will have all original graphics done by Thatcher before his passing. He would have been stoked for sure! The last of our Thatcher art series T-shirts will also be out soon. Once they are gone, they are gone. I will not be re-producing any of Thatcher's art once the original set ups are done and shirts are gone. It just hurts to much to use it...
Team Rider and artist Dave Deluna is working on a memorial shirt for Thatcher. These shirts will be FREE and more info on that soon. Till next time...

The Sacrifice "Morbid Visions" deck is finally in production and should be ready in about two weeks. Sorry for the delay but good things comes to those who wait, or so I've been told. Jeff Gracia is working on a killer new video which should be out by mid-summer featuring almost all the Sacrifice team, look for it. BJ Morrill's model should be out sometime in late June, early July. Sick new graphic drawn up by Sacrifice art Director, Chris Thatcher. Summers almost around the corner, you know what that means...

Sacrifice Skateboards is just about to launch our web-site re-do. We cleaned it up alot (thanks to Darren) and made it easier to navigate! Anchor Blue hooked us up again with another photo shoot, this time at the home of Sacrifice Pro Ben Butler. Sacrifice Team Riders Casey Mcmaugh, Zack Peacock, and Eric Gilbert were on hand to throw down and get down. Beer, broads, boards and back yard pools, what more could you ask for...
Art Director Chris Thatcher has just finished up his new Art Zine. I must say it is definitley unique and worth a read. Nothing but top notch art with "risque" themes. Just what you would expect from Thatch, with a few "surprises" snuck in for good measure.

Well another year has flown by and another year begins. Our Art Director, Chris Thatcher, has a whole lot of good stuff coming down the skate pipe for 2010. New models, shirts. mesh hats and some surprises. Also, looks like there is a good chance of a early summer tour with Anchor Blue in the works. Stayed tuned for more info....

Sacrifice resident pro Casey Mcmaugh has his second model out now with us for winter 2009. Killer new shape available in two sizes, look for it. Sacrifice Art Director Chris Thatcher is at it once again with more new graphics for our 2010 line up. Also, a limited edition collectible "art" zine will be available in some of the new decks. These will have one original hand drawn art piece from Thatcher, autographed and numbered. The zine is very "racey" so only a limited number will be produced. Zach Peacock and BJ Morrill with have thier own graphic decks coming out in late Feb/March of 2010, part of our new line up. Zach's board has all original art by Zach himself with BJ's art coming courtesey of Thatcher. Sacrifice and Anchor Blue are working together on a I.E. Tour for early spring 2010. Look for the Anchor Blue Trailer rolling through a town near you very soon! See you in 2010!!

Chris Thatcher is at it again with a new graphic for winter '09. Looks like this one will replace the pool girl in our line up. *bleep*ing amazing art, best graphic to date. Look for it soon...
Our resident Pro, Casey Mcmaugh has his second graphic coming up in the next few weeks. New shape and size designed by Casey himself. These will be a limited run in a new 8.25 shape. Buy or die! BJ Morrill and Dave Nelson are once again headed off to Oregon for thier year end skate bonanza. If your up north, look for them lurking around a town near you. New t-shirt on the way with some of the best art work yet by Chris Thatcher, can't wait for this one...

Sacrifice has just hooked up with clothing company Anchor Blue! Casey Mcmaugh, Alex Moreno, and Zach Peacock will be heading up thier skate division. Congrats vatos! Chris Thatcher is just about done with our newest graphic for winter '09. This one is off the hook and crazy in the details! Dave Nelson headed out to Oregon (Skate Heaven) to see what's what and who's who. Look for photos and video of that trip soon. Eric Gilbert has been spotted killing the Burger Bowl over the last weeks and Ben Butler is still somewhere in Seattle.

Word up my peeps! Sacrifice is still here and we are hard at work on some new graphics and a new line up of decks and shirts for winter 2009. Art director Chris Thatcher has been busy creating some killer new designs and original pieces. Connor Getzlaff and Zach Dowdy headed out to Oregon for the annual Trifecta. Look for a full story coming soon on Typical Culture webzine. Looks like the Sacrifice crew my be headed out to San Diego on a two day "SDMF" tour in mid October of this year. More on that later...

Aloha...
The Walrus heads out to Hawaii this month for some much needed R & R.
McMaugh has been spotted shooting with a new photog deep in the I.E. Rumor has it that Zach Peacock will be getting a new model with Sacrifice. The San Diego secret sessions are still going down with a few heavy hitters in the mix. Connor Getzlaff is back 100% after breaking his collar bone in a few places. Eric Gilbert has been spotted throwing down at Lyle's in the O.C. Ben Bulter is back form Seattle, and The Goose is heading out to Portland to kick it under the bridge for a few days.
